i hope this ripoff report does cause anyone to not to shop at this dealership...we all have made mistakes in life, after all we are only human, its not about making mistakes but how you handle your mistake, right?...
well, i made a mistake by filing this report before i gave this dealership a chance to handle this situation and i am truly sorry for doing so...i have only lived in the area for a short time and i didn't realize what a excellent reputation this dealership has, they have been serving the Rockdale area for about 49 years and i think i am probably the only complaint they have ever had... and it was never ever a question of being treated nicely,
every body i dealt with at the dealership were really nice... all the folks at Miller Starnes are very nice from the general manager, the service manager, the mechanics, the parts dept and even the cashier were all very courteous and pleasant to deal with... my problem was simply caused from miscommunication on both sides.
so again, let me say i hope this report does not stop anyone from shopping at this dealer, the owner/Kerry Starnes will make sure your experience with this dealership will be a pleasant one!

the general manager (kerry starnes) called me and we came to a fair agreement...he apologized for the problem and agreed to refund the labor charge if i would pay for the parts the labor charge was $720.....
so all is well that ends well...the dealership maned up and settled it with integrity..
so i admit i was wrong to jump to conclusions ,"the general manager Kerry Starnes is a gentleman and a good business man .....
i apologize to him for posting this report prematurely before i gave him a chance to make it right.
