Owner is very unprofessional, unorganized, and a liar. Will promise employees a raise, a bonus and then after they do what she wants, she avoids them in order to not pay them. Has had money troubles in the past with employees paychecks "bouncing" and then will not even pay the bounced check fees incurred by the employee. I hear it is happening again. I would steer clear of this company, for employment and for care of your family. Most of the staff is acceptable and caring, it's Pam Banks who is dangerous and should not be allowed to operate a business in healthcare.
