Ministry of Defense Benin JoySusan sent $250 fee for funds to repay scam victims. I sent the fee (supposed final fe), to have money wire transferred to me
I was contacted by JoySusan of the Benin Ministry of Finance, because their government among others, like Nigeria and the United Nations(liars)arrested many scammers, and decided to repay the scam victims with the recovered money.She promised to wire transfer $6.5 million to me if I sent her fee,promised final fee.She was going to deliver it to me personally, and to my surprise, she noticed as she was boarding the plane, she noticed that she lost her wallet.Strangly enough she found it the next day,SURPRISE!Then the next day she she gave me some b***s*** about the IRS demanded $120(so much for the final fee).Being disabled I had no money, so I kindly asked for my $250 refund, this was 3 weeks ago. I requested my refund daily since then, but she's keeping the money of a poor old disabled guy.That's how that whole cheesy country works. I wish a herd of elephants would overrun the country, like in a Tarzan movie.
