Using the names Mirabella Styles, Euro Trends, The Latest Styles, Luxury Fashion and more, this (or these) company(ies) sent me over a dozen watches which I was told were "rewards" for filling in a survey for a site (legitimate one) that suddenly popped up under the legitimate site's name. I was told that I would just be charged the shipping fee.
I filled in one survey that claimed to be from Amazon, and another one claiming to be from Lumosity. It was foolish of me to have believed that I could keep on receiving these watches for a mere shipping fee. Also, I didn't check my credit card report as carefully as I should have.
Over several months, I have been ripped off for about $2,000.00.
How I handled the rip-off was to go to my bank and cancel my credit card and have them block all transactions purported coming from any of those companies.
I once prided myself on never being scammed, but I learned my lesson the hard way.
