MIRACLE AUTO PAINTING, San jose, Calif. rip-off liars
I took a car to MIRACLE AUTO PAINTING to have a car painted I was fixing up for my daughters 16th birthday. The luggage rack was not reinstalled when they got done painting the car. I did not notice the rack was not on the car for about a week. In that time it had rained a couple of times and rain had come through the screw holes left out from the luggage rack and water has ruined the headliner.
When I called MIRACLE AUTO PAINTING they asked me if I was sure there was a rack on the car when I brought it in. (good one huh) Anyway after they found my luggage rack and I went and picked it up when they found it days after I had called them all I got from them was sorry about your headliner but I guess you better go get a new one. It did not need one when I brought it to MIRACLE. After this experience with miracle and beleive it or not (ANGEL), who was their rep that I talked to just said well,screw you, take me to court.
By the time this is over and I take time off of work again I should have just the car to a reputable company in the first place, it would have been a lot, lot cheaper in the long run beleive me.
ANGEL has lied about this hole thing right from the get-go either to save his job or to kickback a commision. Isn't truthful for sure. Thank you for listening I just had to get this off my chest. This is the first letter I have ever written to complain about anyone or anything.
