missprices.com [email protected] Company refuses to accept a return for refund - merchandise doesn't fit. Sandals are 4 inches wide -not made for women. Portland Oregon
Contacted company to return merchandise that is clearly a product design flaw. I ordered two size 40 ladies sandals. Took two weeks to receive. Sandals are too wide (normal medium size = 3.3 inches and wide = 3.6). These are 4 inches wide! Fall off my feet. Company response:

I have forwarded the request to our quality department and unfortunately, we can not give a positive reponse to your request to return the item and have a refund. Our quality department has concluded that the products sent are the correct size.
