Complaint Review: MITCHELL JAY REIFF - Danbury Connecticut

I reported Medical Products Online to the BBB on September 30th 2008, for unethical advertisement practices. I ordered a TENS Machine and two of their online therapy "books", which cost $49 EA to download. First of all, it took them alomst a week to download something that was supposed to automatically download once it is purchased. I had to call tehm FOUR times, and when I did the "customer service reps" (and I use that term very loosely) were very rude, and kept sending the wrong file. Once I was able to open the files, I found out that I'd been duped. The "books" are pathetically and unprofessionally designed, looks like a lot of cutting and pasting went on here. Then, he has it where you cannot open the "book" on his website, so that a person can actually see what they are getting BEFORE purchasing, like ETHICAL business owners do, because he knows that no one will purchase that crap for $49. He STOLE $98 from me, and to add insult to injury, once he found out he was reported to the BBB, he CALLED MY HOME and CURSED ME OUT!!! He kept calling my number, said a lot of expletives, and even told my wife to tell me I was his B*tch!! ??? This is the way that a business owner handles business? To call his customers at 8 a.m. to tell them F*ck You, because they exercised their right as a dissatisfied consumer, because he would not refund my money? What a turd.

Well, after I cursed him out one more time for calling my house, and telling me F**k You because I reported his fraudulent a*s to the BBB, this d****ebag goes down to his local Precint to file a harrassment report against ME! This sh*thead f***s with me first, then when I turn the heat up on his a*s, he couldn't handle it. Went there with affadavits that his cronies signed stating that he called me to be cordial and was going to offer a refund, but I cursed him out and hung up! What a peice of sh*t liar! Who hangs up on someone when they are offering to PUT DOLLARS IN your pocket? And the dumb a*s cops fell for his bullsh*t, trying to threaten me that they would issue a warrant for my arrest, because I was harrassing him. F*ck that, I told him to go ahead, because I have it documented where this dirtbag kept calling my phone (4 x's) to f*ck with me. Then the tune changes, and all of a sudden he (B*tchass CEO Mitch Reiff) wants to refund my money if I drop the case against him with the BBB. Why should a consumer have to go through this bullsh*t? If you're wrong, then own up to it. But instead of being professional, responsible, RESPECTFUL and /ABLE and fair, he throws a temper tantrum because I tarnished his perfect mark with the BBB by reporting him. And guess what? He can stuff that $98 in his unethical, lying a*s crack. I don't even f*cking want it now. If he hadn't of lied to the Police, and got those wombat employees of his to lie on a legal document, I might have considered removing the claim. Now he can kiss my f*cking a*s, and be left with that strike. Who the f*ck does he think he is? Gonna call another man's house to tell him F*ck You, then tell my WIFE that I'm HIS B*TCH, then run to the cops like the little b*tchass punk he is because I cursed his stupid a*s out? What a f*cking fairy!

BUYER'S BEWARE. I personally think that all of the kudos he has on his site are those same shithead, dirtbag employees of his that he got to lie and say I initiated this malevolent correspondence. He's a prime peice of sh*t in my estimation. Just google the motherf*cka, you'll see where he has cheated others also. it "ain't" just me folks. Watch this guy closely, and if you've had a similar experience with this teabagger, then you need to take the time to report him to the BBB. You'll definitely get a call from the c**t Emo Otter!
