I plaaced an order on Friday November 27, 2015 for a handbag on the mkhandbags.co website. After placing the order I received the email above which made me feel suspicious about the order. I then showed the email to my wife, which upset me due to this purchase being a Christmas surprise. It was then I emailed this company about canceling the order, and asking for a refund. The website advised me they would be in contact with me in 12 hours. The next day still no response. After 24 hours of no response I continued to try to contact them. They then sent me an emailing saying the bag had already been shipped. I checked the shipping tracking information which seemed to be erroneous. The shipping information is not fully available. I have still been tryin to get in contact with the customer service reps for this company for return and refund procedures. Which contradict each other on theor website. On the refund and returns section it states the information for such cases. Then in their FAQ sections it states no refunds or returns are made. Only if the order you receive is incorrect. I tried to contact them ASAP before the purchase was paid for but they did not reply back to me until after they processed the payment. I have reported this company to the BBB, and filled a dispute with BBB as well.
