My father and I came into this company as sweat equity owners. We were told by the majority owner Nick Lopez that he had financial investors to back this new company. Whatever hours we put into labor for building the business from the ground up Nick Lopez offered to credit me my father and family and friends who helped out. After a year and a half of sweat equity labor, we agreed that he would credit my father and me 3.06% of the company worth $1.3 Million dollars. We were told our sweat equity was worth $43,000. I was given a contract and offered the position of Vice President of the company. I was offered a monthly salary and stock to the company. After months of working and not geting paid and months of asking Nick Lopez to review the books and for stock certificates I was never allowed to review the books. We found out in court that Nick Lopez has been paying himself $5,200 per month to run the gym. I decided to pull away from the business and take Nick Lopez to small claims court in

This is a open letter to the public to inform them that the sole owner of MMA Premier Fitness LLC gym located at 15095 E Hinsdale Drive in Centennial,Colorado 80112 is in debt and delinquent in paying a court ordered fine from the Arapahoe County Court Case # 10S627. The person who owes this money is claiming on record to be the sole owner of the business MMA Premier Fitness LLC has public names listed as Nick Lopez,Nicholas Lopez and Nicholas Christopher Lopez. The judgement amount ordered in this case by the Arapahoe County Court on 09-28-2010 was $7,500.00. As of today 9-7-2011 and due to the delinquency and non payment by Nick Lopez, the new judgement for court costs and filing fees for this delinquent debt is $7,931.00. This letter is intended for the use of the public to make them aware that the business owner listed in this letter is delinquent almost one year in a court ordered judgement.
