May 7th, 2008 Today we went to court agaisnt this man. But first I will say, he called us last night, to try and get us to work out something with him before court this morning. We told him no. To little to late. When we got to court, the man wasn't even there. He was 45 mins late for his own court date. The man is not very smart. We all had to wait until after lunch for this to be heard. And he told the judge he had hired a lawyer, they couldn't be there, and would be there in 3-4 weeks. Well the judge reset the date til May 28, 2008 at 9:00 am. We all left the court room and stood outside talking. There are 10 warrants against this man as of today. There were 7 of us that showed up today. The other two he gave them their money back yesterday. So they didn't come. They must not realize that even if he pays them off, their warrants will still be prosecuted. But the rest of us where all very much there. I learned that this man did not even have a business license, he actually filed for one recently, and that check bounced against him as well. And he wrote that one to the county clerk! How stupid is this man? So one of the 10 warrants I'm learning was by the county. No one should be taken like this. This man has no right to have a business in this county. 10 warrants! And a few that are felony warrants. Mine being one of them. This man owes us over 2,200.00! Please do not buy from this man. Also his phone number I have listed on this report, has now been changed....there's a recording that will tell you the new number though.

April 14, 2008. We went to the business today. The girl was there, Terry E. Floyd was also there, only hidding in the back office. We told her we needed to speak to him. She told us he wasn't there. We told her his car was there, so was he. She said he was gone with someone else, and would be back later. We asked her to call him. So she took the phone, and said she would be right back, and goes to the back office to 'call him'....which tells me he was there. Then she comes back out, said he didn't answer. We told her we wanted our money back, she informed us it would be tomorrow, she didn't keep that much money on hand. We then called 911, from inside, they told us to come straight to the police dept. and file a report. We did....we filed the report, then went to the clerks office and took out a warrant on the man. We have learned there have been about 4-5 warrants taken out on him in the past few weeks. All seem to be over doors. if anyone would like more information, or know of someone getting ripped off by this man, please have them contact me. I'd be more than happy to talk to them.
