Sir, I originally spoke to Rich Berg. He said that we would be receiving profits in approx. 30-45 days, Dec,2007. Never saw anything. Within the 3 months, I received a Quarterly Investor Update, March 2008. I have spoken to Jay Kahane that same summer to check out what is going on and said they were having some problems with the Federal Nuclear Law and had to re-configure the layout of it's medical coach with the the install. of new Cabinetry and HOT lab equip.(Nuclear Radioactive Material Storage Unit, a delay of 4 months.expecting to have all the work complete by April 08. I haven't been able to make contact with him since. Another man called me about ayear ago, said he was an investor and said not to worry, they had worked out all the problems and had heard they had several hospitals lined up to go to somewhere in Alabama and Mississippi. All phone #'s, (Cell ) have been disconnected are no longer in service. I called the main office and they say they will have him call me and he is back in Carson City, Nevada. They have all my contact info, Emails,phone #, Address and such to let all investors know info on investments
I beleive I have been scammed by these jerks and want to have his nuts in a vise and monies returned. If anyone has any info on these guys, please let me know ASAP. I'd love to get my hands on them.
