Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

I experienced poor service from beginning to end.  Pictures taken of my phone with broken screen and transferred to someone else on the phone with employee.

Had screen ordered for two days, paying extra for this.  In two days, screen ordered was wrong size.  I had to wait two more days for new screen.  The day after picking up phone, some of my apps started going black.  After a few more days, my phone was black.

I had to go through my carrier, Republic Wireless, to work on many steps, finally resulting in a factory reset.  This did not correct the problem.  I then waited to get back to Ohio to see repairman I use here.  He said the screen was inferior and not fitting correctly.  He replaced the screen, and I now have my phone back.  This started on February 1 and cost me $250.00.  Not at all happy with service or price or repair.  I was also asked to give a tip to employee (who was new) trying to capture all of this with a camera to send out.

I was in Port Charlotte for five weeks.  This was a very disappointing part of it.

Mobile Kiosk at Port Charlotte Mall From beginning, very poor performance, taking pictures of phone and transferring info over the phone to another person. I was told phone screen would be delivered in two days. At that time was told wrong screen ordered...would be another two days. I was charged for quick delivery but did not get a refund on that...even though their mistake. I picked up my phone in two days. Day after that, my screen would go black in certain apps. After another day or two, the whole phone was black with colors flashing on now and then. I worked with Republic Wireless to see what I could do. This took days to work through, at which time I did a factory reset. I was visiting in Port Charlotte for five weeks. I had to wait to get home to Ohio to see the repairman I knew. He said the screen I had bought was defective. He replaced screen and now have serice back. Port Charlotte Florida
