First of all, we were approach by this sales gal who was a cousin of a friend. We were experiencing a large foot traffic into our business, small junk was everywhere, and her services were suggested.
She came over, all sweet and bubbly, and sold us on the idea that getting some matting for our business was a good idea. She made clear that we could cancel anytime within 30 days. Well, the d**n mats didnt work at all, the floors were still super dirty, and the delay of their service on the pick up and wash only made things worse.
After I called her to cancel, she told me she had canceled it and I thought nothing of it. Until a Constable's office called saying that Model Linen Supply of Ogden Utah, won a judgement against me and my company, and he had the right to come and take any assets we had to pay of the bill, or we could pay the entire contract off.
I offered to sent the contract with the 30 day clause to the Constable's office, the guy said there was nothing I could do about it since the judgement was already awarded. Want to be taken to the court after being lied to and receiving horrible service? Hire Model Linen Supply of Ogden Utah...
