Modern Chevrolet Called that car was fixed and ready, drove car off lot and no water in radiator, damaged engine, hose not connected Winston Salem NC North Carolina
My 1996 Camaro z28 is a show car. Had radiator fan fixed at Modern Chevrolet. Drove car less that couple hunderd miles and noticed steam coming from under side of battery. Stoped and pulled over and raised hood. Noticed steam small amount. Called wreck truck and had hauled to Modern Chevrolet.
Modern Chevrolet called next day and said car was fixed. Just needed a battery. Left note that steam was coming from car. How could it be just a battery?
Picked up car and drove few miles and noticed heat hand not working. Drove back to Modern Chevrolet and looked under hood and noticed hose not connected and realized there was no water in radiator. Damaged engine bad and they told me it was my fault for driving car after they told me it was fixed.
How could they let me drive car off lot with no water in radiator?
Paid another Chevrolet dealer 3,200 Dollars to fix blowed head gasket.
