MODERN REPRODUCTIONS Scam! Scam! Internet
Modern Reproductions has received an F rating from the Better Business Bureau for a reason. DO NOT deal with this companyl; they are fraudulent. I ordered over a thousand dollars of furniture from them and it never came. When I called to ask about my order, I was only able to leave messages.
The woman on the phone, Irene, said the same thing every time: Brian, my representative, was not available (not matter what time of day or day of the week I called) and that I would have to leave a message and would get a response in 48 hours. The response never came, and if it did it was a vague response from Brian asking me questions about my order, questions that he clearly knew the answer to because they were IN my original e-mail to him. "What color was the chair?" etc...

I have reported them to the Better Business Bureau, the Internet Crime Complaint Center, Yelp, and now you. I also plan on filing a police report if I do not receive a refund ASAP.
