 I ordered a Top from this company. I'm usually a size large or XL. It was a sweatshirt type shirt so I ordered an XXL. It took a month to arrive and it would fit a size medium person. There is no way to complain to the company or any customer service phone number. No way to request a refund. I paid $40 for this shirt and am stuck with it. I am so sick of these Asian companies selling women's clothing in the US that is sized for children. It is certainly not women's sizing. It is false advertising and a total ripoff. They should be banned from selling in the United States. Buyer beware! Do not order from this company!

I also purchased 4 dressed from modlily. Tool 6 weeks to arrive. 4 dresses, one had a big hole in the sleeve seam. Ordered XL according to their size chart. Tried to put on the dress and could not get it down over my shoulders. Arms were so tight I could almost not get it back off. Sizes are off. Don't try to wash them as they will fall apart in the washer on delicate. Went to the site to search for customer service and the links run you around in a circle. No customer service link. No way to get their ticket number for the insane return policy.  People, don't buy from China fashion sites. This is the worse. Now I still have to go out and buy 4 dresses for vacation within 2 weeks.  Cheap is cheap.
