Beware of MojoMarketPlace.com They are not anything like they advertise. Be advised that this is like a fleamarket type technical service provider, meaning that anybody can go there and sell anything or any service with zero oversight. Mojo Market Place is a robot site meaning they have zero tech support and let anybody sell services through their network. If you have a problem with a service or a seller they are not available at all.
Also beware of Daniel Whitfield @ Dapper Web Studios , he is one of the "bad" fly by night ignorant types. He did a faulty install with missing files . I gave him my log in info to do an install and a set up and within minutes he sent an email back saying he was all done and then flew the coup never to be seen or heard from again. He ignored all attempts at contact.
The problem with this is he left out some files when he did his 2 minute install that was estimated to take "1~3 day" .
This caused me a lot of hassle and grief. I had to go through tech support at fatcow and the technician at fatcow told me the install was missing files and was done wrong.
It was pure grief trying to get my money back as Daniel @ Dapper Web Studios was gone with the wind and Mojo does not have any live tech support at all I learned.
Mojo Market place says in their advertisement that they have "24/7 live phone tech support" . This is completely false . Nothing can be further from the truth.
Beware of anything that has the Mojo Market Place logo on it as it is a terrible robot company. I believe it is only robots and there are no people that work there whatsoever . The website is cleverly designed to be a self running op and the normal operating procedure is to let anybody sell thier technical services there with zero oversite and zero accountability and zero responsibility other than to advertise and take money .
If you do get your service from one of the sellers consider yourself lucky. But if on the other hand the seller happens to be a phantom fly by night like Daniel Whitfield from Dapper Web Studios, well Mojo Market place does not have anything to do with any type of comunication , service, accountability, oversight, nor will they respond at all .
Do yourself a favor and avoid Mojo Marketplace as they surely are a terriblly ran organization with zero intertwinement with any of the people who would buy from them. It is truely a buy at your own risk service. It is merely like buying off a stranger off craigslist . The only recourse available should you stumble on an internet scammer operating under theeir guise is to do a chargeback. Sad, but true. What a hassle !
