Molyes Store I Love Camping Sent a tiny cheap tent when we ordered a 3 to 4 person tent. Absolutely no response when emailing them about it ShenYangShi Liaoning
My Mom had shared their very believable ad from facebook with me and because we are taking a camping trip and needed a tent we went ahead a purchased it. it took longer than what they tell you it does to arrive. (4 weeks to be exact) When it arrived and we opened it up in our living room, it was absolutely NOT a 3 to 4 person tent that we had ordered. It also is very cheap quality and maybe can fit 2 children or one adult. I immediately sent one email to the only email they have for contacting them, and then sent a second one when I got no response. I still have not gotten any response at all!! I also immediately contacted my bank and opened a claim. I then proceeded to do some research on the company and so far have come across many bad reviews of the same experiences. I am very certain they are a scam and are ripping people off. Unfortunately my son had also purchased one after us before we knew we were getting ripped off. His came today and of course it didn't have the extra piece he paid more to have. So he paid the same amount of $59.99 for a tiny crappy tent. I also did a search for the address on google maps and it appears that they are located in the middle of a city street (??) So not an actual address.
We also didn't know it was coming from China until it arrived. It appears that the email they have for contacting them has changed from helpandserving@... to bestserving@... Wonder why the change? I was pretty sure that it said the first one when I checked the other day. Guess I will have to keep an eye on their contact email to see if it changes again. My advice to anyone seeing an ad on facebook or any social media site to research it first and look for any kind of scam reviews. Better safe than sorry.
