Momentum Telecom ripoffs who block your phone records from legit companys Birminham Alabama
We switched to momentum sometime last year.. service was alright however we spoke about switching back to our areas com. In April 2004 we received an offer from our 1st com. then they sent us a letter to verifiy my info.. Which I filled out made a copy and sent back to them.
In August We received yet another phone call and I thought this was a mistake.. well today I received a bill from momentum I called to let them know this must be some mistake.. they told me they were indeed still my phone service provider.. I called com. #1 they asked that I call momentum back and ask them to remove me from a blocked list and make sure I get a phone number extension and the name of whom I spoke to.. ( this is something I would normally do anyway) I was told they could not give me that information .. it would take 24-48 hours to take a block off the phone.. When I asked to speak to a supervisor I was told he was the manager( of course he was)
anyway long story short I'm now having my phone service totally disconnected so That I may go back to com. number 1. Thank you for listening
