After I payed for one of their models and some special services it wasn't enough that they were first late without letting me know or even apologising these girls didn't perform the services I payed for in advance. 

Service were discussed before as well as payed before so if there should have been any doubts that could have been mentioned before.

And again, no apology whatsoever from the models or the management. The worste thing was that I didn't even got my money back which was a lot.

 

So long story short: spend a lot of money on a service which wasn't there.

***Dear Ripoff Report, readers and dear clients,

My name is Amy and I have been employed by the company for over 12 years. I would like to write some important details regarding this review, discovered by us recently.

Supposedly from a "client- LisaC87" from Sydney Alabama- we are actually based in Sydney Australia, leading us to believe a proxy IP was used. 

Initially the review states our company 'takes money & doesn't send the model', then the review report says 'they were late'... so the model arrived.. Was she late or didn't arrive lol?

Secondly, regarding the "prepaid services" for the appointment, that is absolutely impossible, as we don't offer 'pre-paid' services, NOR 'extras', whatever that refers to.. We have very strict procedures regarding conduct and payments for appointments, and very well organized appointment schedules. The service is always paid for when the model/s arrive at the appointment, and the client only pays for the time that he spends with the models.

She may decide she doesn't want to stay, or the client may decide he doesn't want to go ahead, so payment is arranged after the introduction period. This is well explained on our website.

Thirdly, our company adheres to our  "100% Guarantee" which includes a "No Cancelation Fee" policy. So even if a client declines to go ahead with the appointment with the model, we don't charge him. We can offer that because our high end models are very rarely declined. 

We are the winners of many awards, and inevitably we won the Best Escort Agency Overall for 2017 again for a 6th year in a row at the Australian AIA. 

All our models are model-looking with a professional mentality; otherwise they would not be accepted to work with our company. Every week we interview between 10-15 women, and sometimes we don't even hire one of them. We have full time licensed security drivers & the models are delivered to and collected from the appointments in person. This is arranged with our receptionist so there is no possible way someone would 'just not turn up'. 

If the client in question had requested illegal services like unprotected sex or the use of any illegal drugs, this of course would have been refused to him immediately, regardless of how much money the client offered to pay. We DO NOT offer "extras" of any kind. Our models' fee is for her time, there is no other charge except transport, and maybe a small admin fee if paying by credit card. 

Discussing what the models 'will & won't do' is extremely inappropriate, we usually don't cater to this type of clients. We have very strict, professional guidelines, and we do not negotiate with anyone, especially for something as distasteful as 'extras' or pricing.

All starting and finishing times for every booking are always recorded for security purposes, and I can assure you that we don't ever allow an instance of a model 'not showing up'. A client pays for a specific amount of time, not a specific 'service'; and the client always receives his full time. If there is any problem, (which there never is) we would call him to let him know, and either re-book a different model, or re-schedule to another day. 

You can contact me anytime if you require any further information, or if the supposed "client- LisaC87" would like to disclose his identity, I would be more than happy to send you a detailed record of all the booking times and the model that was sent to him so you can judge for yourself.

We would be more than happy to discuss all this directly with the supposed "client- LisaC87" if he would like to contact us. We would ask him kindly if he can produce any payment record from his bank or credit card so we can confirm the days in question, booking times and the model that was send to his appointment. 

We will fully own any genuine complaint from a client, but we seriously think this is not authentic, nor from a genuine client...
