Monaco Luxury Brian Wyka False Identity, No Dealers License, Using other Names conroe, Texas
I purchased a vehicle from Monaco Luxury (Brian Wyka) when I needed help registering the car he told me to screw off. I contact Texas DMV to find out that he sold the car under ML Motors, and that Monaco Luxury did not have a Dealer's License to sell vehicles. TX DMV was able to help out and they told me that Monaco Luxury and Brian Wyka are under investigation.
Also, I discovered the picture of the warehouse he uses in the advertisement are neither his or leased by him. Beware of all the smoke and mirrors and the fast talking sales man.

Glad to see you took the extra effort to slander me and thank you for the proof. Your mistake that you reference several cases and charges that do not exist. When you communicate facts, you can be safe....legally. But you have gone out of your way to defamate my character by listing a bunch of false data. So, again, this is a case you will have the opportunity to come to TX and defend yourself on. I'll again ask that anyone who questions the integrity of myself or my company to ask the right people (not Louisiana con-artists). Feel free to look up the refenced cases and discover none exist. Again, I thank the author of this pathetic ploy for all the proof I'll need in court. Get that checkbook ready :) - Brian Wyka

Picked the wrong person to make false claims against. This deadbeat tried to cheat the state of Louisiana out of taxes by making some "adjustments" to the original Buyer Order he was given. 3 months after the sale when he had failed to dodge his LA registration taxes he demanded ML Motors (a licensed TX dealer) give him a bunch of rigged documents. When that was refused, he decided to run and cry to anyone .... who I can only assume ...he though would care. Sorry your scam failed and your reward for slandering one of my companies will be a lawsuit and a dedication to making sure Louisiana know exactly how you cheat on your taxes.

If you are a backwoods LA felon looking to get through life on scams like JACK MOORE & LINDA LANGSTON, then please take your business elsewhere. We definitely don't need the money you cheated from Uncle Sam.
