I know it's not going to help any to tell you this, but you are not the only one by a long shot. Hundreds if not thousands of people have been ripped off by this fraudulant company. They strung my husband and I along for six months and several hundreds of dollars before we finally found out the truth about them. Luckily we found an awesome mortgage company that gave us a home loan to buy the home we had already moved into on advice from our "loan officer" with Money Tree. I wish you the best of luck in purchasing your home. As far as the money they took from your account, contact your bank and explain to them what has happened. Some people have been reimbursed by their banks, although unfortunately, there was nothing my bank could do to help me. But it is definitely worth a try. Good luck, I wish you the best.
