Monica Aparicio Blanco is not a registered investment advisor she is not a lawyer registered in the US and she is also not a realtor. This woman is originally from the country of Venezuela and she is scamming her way around Florida offering legal services, investment services and property rental services. Her credentials don't check out. She has no licenses in the US and she is not supposed to be providing these services. Beware of this scammer

I'm not the OP but my mom was a victim of Monica Posner. I don't care if you are a lawyer in another country you don't come to the U.S. and advertise yourself as a lawyer when you don't have the credentials to practice law. Monica charged my mother Elsa Guevara $400 plus a U.S. attorney fee of $450 for some simple legal work that would've costed no more than $200. Why should anyone pay her a fee so another lawyer can do the actual work for her? Why not going to the REAL lawyer directly? It's nuts!. She has been taking advantage of the latino community in FL for a long time. Miraculously all her Craigslist posts have now disappeared after people reported her scam but she did advertise herself as a lawyer. Go back to your country lady and stop scamming people! If you were a victim please report Monica Posner to the Florida Bar Association. The Florida Bar 651 E. Jefferson St Tallahassee, FL 32399-2300 850-561-5600 I'm sure if they get enough complaints about her they will do something about it. Don't let your love ones be another victim of this scammer!

I have no information on this person making this report, but I am certaintly not a Lawyer in USA nor Realtor and I have never offered my services as such. I am Lawyer graduated from Universidad Catolica Andres Bello in Venezuela and I work for a Financial Advisory Firm as a foreign consultant in the area of offshore companies incorporations, mostly for venezuelan clients. For services were we as a firm require a US Lawyer we use these services.
This person making this report has no evidence of any scam, of any services provided by myself, and is acting maliciousy.
