Monica Hebert/Hedaco Music ripoff fraudulent representation of services mistreated and ripped off New York City New York
I am a musician and songwriter. I had met Monica Hebert via the internet. She is a producer with WWW.Breakingtherules.Com/ Hedaco Music. She requested some of my music which I sent. She stated that she loved the music and wanted to represent me as far as contacts to record companies, publishers, etc. I agreed to pay her $160 per week for her services. We both signed a contract to this effect.
The contract was to run from 10/28/02 to 1/28/03. She agreed to give me an accounting of all she had done in my behalf. I never received anything concrete just nebulous emails with no specifics.
The only thing she did was offer criticism of my music and my production technique. I asked her repeatedly for specifics of the tasks she was performing for me.
After a phone conversation on Monday, January 27th I came to the conclusion that she was not really doing anything for me. I wrote her a lengthy email of my concerns after she insinuated that she wanted me to contact her by email only. She did not reply.
I wrote her again, no reply. I told her I was going to make complaints, etc. again, no reply. This individual breeched the agreement we made. I even told her that the honorable thing to do was to return half my money. Stil no reply.
I gave this person $1130 for basically nothing. SHe has blown me off and is acting like a scam artist. I strongly feel I was wronged in this regard and would hate for her to do this to another musician
