When I had my old car(before i sold it) I took it to Monro brakes for 4 new rotors and pad replacement. this ran 600-700 dollars. It was shaking when applying brakes typical when rotors either need replaced or "turned" so I had them put all new rotors and brake pads on. They inspected the brakes before putting them on they said they were "shot" needed to be replaced. That was fine. I paid them when the service was completed. I no more than got home the shake still going on. I call them up. that saturday i bring it back they put on a new set of pads and rotors(saying the set i got was from China. this set was from the USA blah blah blah). Still ticked off cause I paid for it to be right now i wasted a saturday waiting for my old car to be fixed. So again on the way home guess what? Still doing it.
I call Monro rip their tail. The manager says I've been "hot rodding it" thats kind of odd considering I only drove it 10-15 miles and the previous set of brakes lasted over 50,000 miles. So this time , I got pissed took it to a Honda dealership got HONDA brakes and pads and it was fine before I sold it. Monro's employees looks like crack or meth addicts so I don't go there any more.
I got em

I took my car to Monro Back in Feb 2011 one here in Ohio, they did repair on my car, and when I went to pick it up, the Manager came outside with me and said my car ran great with a weird look on his face. I started driving home and my car started acting like when a person first learns how to drive a manual car. I took it back and they were like its nothing we did, and when you figure it out let me know. Long story Short we went to a different car repair shop and spent 1,200 more dollars and had a rental car for 3 weeks from what Monro did to the car. Reported Monro to the BBB but they never responded, the Attorney General in Ohio said to take them to Small Claims Court, I did and was granted my Judgement for over 2,000 becuase they did not show up to court. SUE THEM.
