Massive Media.tv ripoff massivemedia.tv/montsr.com fraudulent billing and hard to cancel/still bill after cancel rip-off scam liars dishonest ripoffs Internet internet .....

Was lured to website through pop-up ad.Joined website that was lured to. As soon as credit info was entered, and approved, was slammed with pop-up ads. Original website dissapeared. Called customer service number that I wrote prior to entering info and they told me that they do not represent that site but did have transaction info and that the site I joined was massivemedia.tv. I told them that I did not to join this site and to immediately cancel memvbership as I had not visited this site. They told me they would cancel membership.

When I got my credit card statement, it was charged two times in one billing cycle. I called the phone# and was put on hold for over twenty minutes. They told me that i joined this site , did not cancel membership and that they would not credit my account.I told them I would let my credit card company handle it then. I never went to this site and logged in, not even 1 time. Was lured there deceptively, which was how they got my info. Then put on hold so long that they figured i would hang up. I do not mind paying for websites as I do once in a while.

I do not however pay for services not provided and to merchants who aqquire my credit card info in deceptive ways. This company is a scam, Can not even find their website. Only way to reach them is phone # above, if you want to wait and see if they will ever take you off hold. Live and learn. But they won't get away with this scam for long.

As for you Jimkkk, I believe you see a rash of complaints just like mine now . Still think there is no problem with this company? As for the Florida gentleman(term used very loosely of course), I do not claim to be model citizen. However,I do not drink , smoke , drug OR RIP OFF PEOPLE. So I frequent a porn site here and there, you don't? Maybe you don't , but because I choose to does not give anyone the right to fraudently obtain my credit card info and bill it without my permission. I am getting ready to build home in St. Lucie County and hope that all Florida residents are not as simple as yourself and your partner jimkkk. It would upset me if all folks there all were as simple as yourselves. I would have to bring employees in from out of state. Something tells me that the two of you are very SPECIAL though(if you know what I mean). There will be more just like me who will be charged as you can see already. My credit card company has already credited my account in full and has informed me to not be concerned as they have many complaints. Once again, Thank you Rip-off Report.

Listen moron,

I was frauded, my credit info was obtained in a deceptive manner. The website does not exist..... Type in the url and see for yourself. I will not even respond to anymore of your lame responses. You are an idiot. What constitutes a good customer to you? One who lets you bill them after they cancel? One who let's you get away with a bait and switch? I can read , obviously you do not comprehend what you read. Are you really as stupid as you make yourself sound? Go back to school and get a real job.

All you have to do is read instead of complaint,
why don't you go to their websites and read the terms by yourself.

Do we have corrupt companies or corrupt customers??

Remember, a false declaration of fraud is a criminal offence.

Did you not read my complaint ,or do you not understand plain english? Obviously you do not comprehend what you are reading so this post is for those that do.

I will repeat:
I was lured to a website that I was told by customer service does not exist. They did however have transaction on file. I cancelled membership then and there at that time as they told me that the website I joined was another address.

Without ever going to the web address they told me I cancelled.

Then I got credit card statement with 2 months service charge during one month that was already cancelled.

The website that they told me I joined is not even a pornsite. Type it in and see you moron.

It also has a billing ofb thirty nine dollars or something a month. Not what I was billed...$23.87 a month. That is because this is not the website I joined or the website that they even said that I joined. This company montsr.com who is the billing company and massive media.tv for 23.87 a month are frauds, once again....frauds.

The massive media.tv that they are telling me I joined for $23.87 amonth does not even exist. As for you JimmKK,from your response, we all can tell from your spelling and grammer that you hold a mindless position with the BBB if you have a job at all.

As a business owner/employer, I would not hire you to even do unskilled labor work as you can not understand what people clearly state to you. Example, Bossman says dig hole two feet deep here....JimmmKKK digs hole three feet deep over there. "Did I do good boss?" You are an idiot and the two companies are frauds as my credit card company will prove for me.

As I said, "I have NO PROBLEM WITH PAYING FOR A PORN SITE AS LONG AS I AM GIVEN WHAT I WAS TOLD I WAS GOING TO GET.

As far as the cancellation scam goes, this is common practice with all questionable internet porn sites that I have encountered before. I have always been credited when they have done this as well. The credit card companies are aware of this tactic.

Yes I look at porn sites and I am not afraid someone will find out,it is my right as an American citizen. I am not concerned with anyone knowing ,therefore when you try to scam me, I will certainly not let you. Would anyone else like to tell JimmmKKK what a mental midget/moron he is? Feel free, this could get interesting and amusing. Thank you Rip Off Report ...

I have no complaints at all says BBB

#10Consumer Comment

Mon, February 03, 2003

I'm a customer of this company and I have no complaints at all, the problem is: There are good customers and bad customers.

Good customer: they go to the website and read everything it says in the terms & agreements, if they understand what they are doing they join and they run with no problems, WHY?? Cuz' smart people read and they join.

Bad customers: They don't know what they are doing, they just put all their info in there, but they don't know why, they never read the disclaimers and later they complaint for something that it's their fault, kind of dumb huh??

This is what you get when you don't put attention in what you do.
