MoPro is a total rip-off! They took my money, promised me that my site would be up in 24hrs. The tech guy they assigned to me never responded to my emails, calls. Nothing. I have called several times to talk to Carey Levine, the CEO, and he is always not available. I had a call with Scott Ashworth the customer service manager. He said he would return my $600. Nothing! I have called every week since November. I have talked with another lady named Christine. She promised she would have someone call me within the hour. NOTHING! They are a total scam. Go to: glassdoor.com/Reviews/Mopro-Reviews-E641675.htm and read the employee complaints. Stay away from them. There are plenty of great reputable web designers. MoPro is not one of them.
