When you bought this truck something some where should have the miles of the vehicle you bought...They have to be there....If you have those miles on the paperwork that his company filled out, And there is not a odometer disclosure form saying there is a discrepancy, Then yes...take his a$$ To the mat! He is a crook! Good luck.

I neglected to add in the original rip-off report, that I always change the oil myself, after purchasing any vehicle. The oil in this 1994 Sierra was clean, none the less it was changed. That's when the knocking began. The dealership had doctored up the oil so it wouldn't immediately be knocking. They also said there was a recent oil change. Tell me how I'm supposed to catch this without changing the oil on site! My initial reply still stands, the mileage was rolled back 70,000 miles before i purchased the vehicle. Isn't that ILLEGAL?

Sol: You said you were told a mechanic checked this car out, right? Who told you that and was it a mechanic you paid who's interest is you? I rest my case.
