I have also been burned by this company. I wrote a rebuttal on here a few months ago, but it is no longer on here for some reason. I never got the website they promised--just kept trying to sell me UPGRADES. Initially, they said the forst $200 was all I would need to do run the business. But later they said that it would not work without their upgrades. It has taken me months to work that one out. Still not final. But, after I had a bad experience with the upgrade, I realized that it was not a reputable company to work with and why should I pay monthly rental on the website, if it would not work. Therfore, sicne I still did not get my website (2 months later, I complained to credit card. They just believed the company when they said the website was "up and running." It was not a website--only a few numbers and "redirect to parent website." Customers were unable to reach the website. I could say a lot more, but I will have to find my other post and add more later. TO ALL OTHERS PLEASE NOTE: According to Arizona State Law (this company's home base), they are bound by the 3-day cooling off period LAW. That is, you have a right to cancel a contract made over the telephone (even though you did not sign papers--they will claim it is a verbal contract over the phone--but they selectively record parts of the conversation). If you send a certified letter within the 3 days, it should be covered under this law. Just verify specifically the requirements. This is info from the Arizona Attorney General's Office. According to Arizona State Law "Telephone solicitation sales (three business days from delivery - A.R.S. 44-1276(C) and (D)) " They say to write to them regarding Consumer Issues [email protected]
