As you read Frank's report you have to ask yourself why would Frank close this loan if he felt he was being ripped off. Because he was being threatened at his home? which if you didn't catch it is in San Diego, but as Frank states he threatened to call the Fresno police. That makes alot of sense. A crime is occuring at your home in San Diego and your going to call the Fresno P.D. Either Frank isn't very bright or he's just plain lying. Let's determine which. At any signing, a public notary would be present and if they were doing their job would not notarize any document signed under duress, that's the law. Frank fails to mention this notary who would also be in clear violation of the law, why? it's not necessary for what Frank is looking to accomplish here. With all the violations as Frank states you would think that the regulating agencies would have some record, unfortunately for Frank and his story, a check of the records would show not a single violaton. I would suspect that Frank (if that is his true name) is a competing Broker frustrated with his own lack of success, and as I always say "those who can't compete on the field talk smack in the street" Thank you Frank for your endorsement.

Angie Romero is the loan processor for Valley Investment Properties and conspires with the others to committ fraud. She will rush you through the documents, change dates, backdate, leave blanks, not explain your paperwork to you, and threaten you if you do not sign by saying the seller might sue you if you do not sign. During signing, she'll frequently have the bouncer by her side. Beware of this crook!

I had the same experience with these crooks. The owner and all his little followers will lie, cheat and steal from you. Stay away from Valley Investment Properties and Mortgage Express of Fresno. They ripped me off too. Thanks to the person that reported this problem to the Fresno community because these crooks need to stop! Watch out for these rude crooks because many of them have changed companies and are coming to a town near you! Mr. Hamilton actually works as a loan officer for another company in Fresno according to reports. The manager at the company has confirmed that Mr. Hamilton was involved with the company as a beginning loan officer and was later fired. Stay away from this company and these people because they are scam artists! They come and go and end up changing companies after they pull off a scam! Thank God for the original post!

Now I remember your name and the situation... First of all your not Frank from San Diego your name is David Rocha, Fresno CA. Secondly, I wasn't even involved in the transaction! Daljeet asked me to take these loan documents by your house to have your wife sign them because I lived close to the house you had just bought. You proceeded to tell me to get away from your house due to some confrontation you had with Daljeet earlier that day. I gave the papers to your father and walked away! Your an upset, unethical real estate agent (01128615)with an expired real estate license!!! You take this article down! Or I will sue! I promise you David Rocha! Then you have some poor guy who owns a mortgage express in Florida feeling sorry for your unscrupulous, dumb a*s who doesn't even know the whole story! David Rocha I'm proud to say that Im happy to know real estate agents that aren't like you! Oh that's right your not an agent any longer! Thank God!

This is Aaron Hamilton again. I remember an ex real estate agent of Valley Investment Properties by the name of David who left upset regarding his own real estate transaction he was handling for his wife and himself through Daljeet Singh. If this is David filing something negative behind that transaction... I remember where you live I will get your address expect a call from my lawyer! This article was posted right about the time that transaction took place! The only reason why your mad at me is because I disabled your network access! You either take my name out of this article or expect to hear from my lawyer!

Frank, This is Aaron Hamilton. It just so happend that I had been checking the web for my name and found this link to ripoff report and my named thrown in with a company that I no longer work for. I was the IT guy for the company and never involved myself with loan transactions. I know the guys you are referring to and while employeed at mortgage express I heard rumors of unethical activity. My name was probably used by those individuals in order to keep themselves out of trouble. I apologize for whatever may have happen if you feel you were taken advantage of you need to contact the department of real estate. Best regards Aaron Hamilton

It is sad to hear what you went through. I have to tell you and the readers that every city; every state has a company with the same name as another. A thousand people as their company name can use ABC CORP. Mortgage Express in other states are not affiliated with the group you mentioned. In Florida Mortgage Express are real great people, they can do loans nationwide and they can close in as little as 10 days. I have never had a problem with them and I'm a Realtor, they get me pre-approvals within minutes and my customers never have a problem. They even giveaway awesome vacations at closing, I think that you had a bad experience and I'm sorry but Mortgage Express is in Florida and they are awesome. Two thumbs up from me. Check them out at www.mortgageexpress.us
