DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE!!

This company talked me into having my newly purchased copy machine returned because they could do so much better for me. They offered me the world. They promised delivery daily for 2 weeks and then told me that another customer offered them $1000 more so they decided not to sell it to me. tTis is the email:

Shawn I left you a couple of messages last week along with my cell phone and direct number at the office. I apologize for any inconvenience that has been caused by this transaction but we are going to accept an offer made by another company that is going to give us an additional $1000.00 along with paying upon delivery.

Again, I apologize for any inconvenience that this may have caused.

I put in the movement form to my processing department, so yea delivery should be arriving tomorrow. Like we said, you could demo the machine for a week, week and a half and then make your decision. Talk to you soon! I apologize for not picking up the cell phone call I am receiving the calls, but for some reason I cannot be heard when I speak via my cell phone.

Shawn, I apologize but my internal department depends on the network profiles in order to schedule deliveries and implement a machine. I have received the profile, we are good to go regarding what we need. I will contact you later with an exact delivery schedule.

Shawn, dude I totally apologize but I haven't gotten an answer from my delivery/warehouse. It is not on the schedule for tomorrow neither. I was hoping it was. I understand if you're upset with me.

I will get them to probably get the machine out there Thursday, earliest. I hope you could understand but I wish I could deliver it myself it wouldn't fit in my car. Again, I apologize but I am caught in between a rock and a hard place. Thank you for your cooperation.
