Moscoso Tax Services getting money from my Bank account by making false charges San Rafael California
I got into an agreement in December 2017. I waited a couple of weeks for the next year to start, and contacted to program the equipment. After setting it up, I needed to know a few more steps and how to get my monthly reports; I contacted their sales representative several times but he never got back to me. After getting a few numbers here and there, I finally got through someone who briefly mentioned a website for customers.
Since I didn't like they were handling my needs, I decided to go back to my previous provider.
That really was my only choice since they didn't answer my phone calls, and up to this date they still don't. Since the first week they have been charging my bank account for monthly services, transactions, -- that have never ocurred -- and of course! their equipment.
Phone numbers here and there and everywhere, but no answers.
Their service stinks and so their equipment.
