He fails to mention his so called offering before court was Under $300. Mosass also fails to mention he lost in court and instead of showing he was a reputable dealer and admitting his mistake filed an appeal. We made the mistake of going to court without a lawyer and lost. This whole issue is behind us. We got rid of the junk vehicle he forced onto us and are very happy with the vehicles we purchase from an honest dealer. I should bring up other issues of their so called service department, but won't, it not worth my time. Other family members who live in York know what Moses Motor Co. is realy like and can only help spread the word. There are lots of dealers, Just Go Somewhere Else!

The customer who wrote the complaint letter, using his limited vocabulary, failed to describe the entire situation. He failed to mention that, as a goodwill gesture, the dealership offered to satisfy the claims that he was making. He failed to mention that it was at his insistence that the matter ended up in court. He failed to mention that he sought punishment be inflicted on the dealership, even lacking the court's statutory ability to do so. Finally, what he failed to mention was that the court ruled AGAINST him.
Businesses do not enjoy battling with customers who perceive that some wrong has been perpetrated against them. But I guess that having been in business for 36 years, we're going to run into a customer once in a while who refuses to be satisfied.
