When I access the website, the sources are sparse, i have no information on my website registration, and they have no products for me to sell, all they show me are sources, in which i will probably have to fork out extra cash to even buy the products. Does anybody know if Moshenarte was a reputable company for you?!

We are extremely disappointed that you have chosen to use this forum in an attempt to defame us.

Upon your joining us on the 11th of January 2008 (when your payment was finally received) we have constantly been in contact with you regarding your needs; in particular, the setup of your website.

As you are well aware (and have so conscientiously noted) our $97 Holiday special to which you have subscribed included (in basic terms and was not only limited to) Access to our entire Member's section for a lifetime membership as well as:

1. Free Domain Name Registration
2. Free Online Web Hosting for a year
3. Free installation of a complete e-commerce system
With which you could use for your internet business

Our Holiday Special at the time clearly stated that the turnaround for any custom installation would take approximately 2 weeks from your registration request. It is utterly appalling to see that you started writing such defamatory information on scam review sites only days after we received your payment. I doubt that even the most brilliant of web developers could have produced a fully fledged e-commerce system up and ready for any client (regardless of how much they were being paid) within two days! You are also well aware that you received all of your website details (including registration / passwords / backend details) only 3 days after you submitted your insulting comments to this forum - and may I mention, 1 week ahead of regular schedule??? Our development staff has also confirmed with me that they only received your first email regarding the preferred details of your website on the 12th of January 2008??

We offered you a complete e-commerce solution and whilst we reserve our judgment on all of our clients in the name of ethics, you have only chosen to use your system as a simple information-only website - even though your email on the 12th of Jan'08 reads "...Yakiveehealthfoods.com, and i require the e-commerce and content management service as well, thank you!...". This meant that the entire design of your site has been of your own accord.

Readers of this forum post must be made aware that up until only yesterday, your defamatory post mentioned that our website has a corrupt member's page - yet another lie on your part. Our site is updated daily, and any random unforeseen glitch is usually caught within moments of the sighting. If not by us, then quickly reported by one of the hundreds of satisfied customers of ours doing their part to help our community. Because Michael, that is what we are trying to achieve; a community that benefits from its purchasing power as a result of its size and trust amongst its members. So that we can give our customers everything it deserves.

I can openly admit that we do not add a single cent above cost price to any of our products in our Buyer Group. This way the savings are passed on directly to the most important people in the Buyer Group; its Members. People can actively search through our Buyer Group products without being a member themselves and decide from there if they would like to sell the products we offer directly. Another important facility we offer is that of a Wholesale Supplier directory through which members can search through on their own to locate and establish relationships with Wholesale Suppliers directly.

You mention in your post above that we do not have products for you to sell, but have you really taken the time to search through our Wholesale Directory listings and tried to find products/suppliers yourself? In the case where you are having trouble locating the supplier you require, we also have an online form in the Member's section (which you would have clearly seen had you actually visited our site for information) which you can use for assistance. Several of our members - both old and new - contact us through this means on a regular basis when they require assistance locating a specific supplier. Your further statement pertaining to the probability that you would have to "fork out extra cash to even buy the products" is completely unfounded. Again, if you would have actually searched through our listings yourself you would have found that the opposite was true.

After having been made aware of your defamatory posts across the internet I have only just days ago visited your site - the first time since our development team released the appropriate details to you a month and a half ago and it seems you haven't attended to its maintenance these past months. Whilst we are not here to judge, I can confess to the readers of this post that I immediately sent you an email asking you if you required any help; whether with your website or anything in general. We urge you to reply to that email if it is genuine help you need. It would truly be a shame if you have signed up with us and have only caused such a ruckus in a blatant attempt to ruin our reputation on the internet.
