Motel 6 Hotel manager puts people on no-rent list for unjustified and unwarranted actions, rude management Nashua New Hampshire
I stayed at this particular Motel 6 with a guest on May 2, 2013, received a room that was clean, although the television had very limited channel choices, internet not being free (unheard of these days) and spent the night bronging very minimal items with me. Mostly uneventful aside of the management refusing to rent the room to my guest due to her having an ID card that was expired (March 5). Aside of that minor annoyance, I used my ID, paid for the room, received two keys and everything was fine. left the next day, room remained very clean as we had no items other than an overnight bag.
Three weeks later, we attempted to get another room there. This time, a refusal to rent due to being put on a "no rent list" Desk person could not give any reason for it. This time the desk clerk (who looked like some kind of a geek that would be into Star Trek or Dungeons and Dragons or other weird things), became very rude and refused to give me an answer as to why I would be put on some arbratrary list.
Several days later, I returned to that Nashua hotel to have the general manager explain to me why I was put on some kind of list...and now i have met the meanest, nastiest woman I have ever met by the name of Sherri who "accuses" me of "fronting rooms" to prohibited people and all other kinds of nasty allegations. Evidently, I must have had a guest that, unknown to me was put on their "list" at some time in the past, and now I am "blacklisted".
However, this particular Nashua Motel 6 has a known reputation of harboring the criminal element of society...heroin users, prostitution, robberies and other violent crimes, that frequently happen there...and they consider me a "problem"...because i had a guest that was put on a list that even she herself cannot figure out why.
Looking online, I find out that Motel 6 encourages their management to 'blacklist" people from their hotel for very minor infractions...such as accidently spilling a soda on the carpet, etc. yes it is a cheap hotel, but it is a fleabag hotel which has all of the lower rung riff raff there all the time - and the management actually encourages that.
I ended up staying at the Holiday Inn two miles up the highway which is a MUCH, MUCH nicer hotel. They got my business that night and i even got breakfast.
That Motel 6 is run my low-lifes and is basically a crime ridden and prostitution house. i consider Sherri as a mean, ugly madam running a w***e house. I will never even consider staying there again...never recommend them to anyone.
