 I purchased EXL MSB-66 motorcycle expandable tail bag luggage, I contacted them online and told
them it split at the top inside seams on both bags, the bag has a 2 year warranty on them, they told me  "what we would need you to do is send the bags back to us with the original receipt so that we can get them warranty process started for you."  After sending them back to them they were returned with a letter saying that they were not in resalable condition, and then an email saying "My apologies but due to the date of the order which was in 2008 and the condition that the bag was in once we received it here we have to stay with the decision that was made by the returns department. If you feel this is unfair you can contact the G.M. anytime and he can explain it to you. I tried about 10 times to contact the G.M. who was always out and would return my calls, he never did call back. I was just trying to get the saddlebags warranted, they were sent back prior to the 2 year warranty expiring. I have copies of all email from purchase date to refusal.
