I recieved a phone call from motorzoousa on my house line which they got off my autotrader ad. I called them back thinking they were interested in my truck. Turns out they wanted to see me service for $400 which is $375 more expensive then my autotrader ad.

The man on the phone persistently talked me into getting this service, promising me that my truck would sell in less than 90 days. I made it clear to him that i did not have that kind of money to gamble with, so he guaranteed me that my truck would sell. He told me that there would be weekly acutions that my truck would be in, and that they would spider my ad into the web so that it would show up under key words on any site. That was for the extra $100. He eventually talked me into it, which i cant believe i fell for it.

It all started there. I asked how i pay for it, he said paypal. I said oh ok sure, thinking it was safe. Two days later, I cant get a hold of these people and they wont return my phone call. I try sending the pictures in the requested and they said they got them but they never posted them up. Their orginal policy said that they had 5 business days, along with 2 or so business days to complete the ad before the 90 days starts. I was nervous already after 2 days because the $400 i dished out was the last of my money because im a full time college student.

I call them after 2 days after i payed and told them i wanted my money back. They denied it and said just wait. I told them i sold my truck and want my money back, so they said to mail them a copy of the bill of sale. Basically buying them time to exceed the 7 business time period before they were supposed to give me my money back return. I never did sell my truck, i just wanted my money back. I filed a complaint with paypal to get my money back, turns out that i couldnt get it back because it was an intangable item (service). So what now..

They wont return my phone calls, I talked to the manager furious and told her i would sew the company, so she said we will give you an ebay auction that is worth $200. I asked what does it come with, she says the full works. Three days later the ad is up on ebay, but it wasnt a car ad. it had 80x62 pixel images of my truck with no details about the truck and the VIN # was not the one of my truck and it was posted under "tires." The ad couldnt have been more than $2.50 which is like the bare minimum on ebay. This whole thing started on Oct. 5th of 2005. here it is now, Feb. 15 of 2006 with no progress. they told me they cant give me my money back because it was all used to advertise my truck. I havnt seen one thing that has been advertised. no proof, nothing! They say they have a technician working on my ad whom they have to pay. ARE YOU KIDDING ME. The add on the website can be made from a junior high student.

After my numberous phone calls and complaints, it came to my surprise that they changed their policy pertaining to return's and what not basically eliminating the time period rule where you can get your money back. I saw on a previous rip off report that these guys were once name One Stop Motors. I checked into it and turns out they both had the same address and were both located in Las Vegas. I dont think it was a fluke. These guys are scam artists and they need to be brought down.
