Mountain Brook Apartments Living at Mountain Brook Apartments is like living in HELL! Poughkeepsie New York
My boyfriend and I have been living in Mountain Brook apartments for a little over 3 months, and it is the worst place ever! We have a broken front door which bugs can come through any time they want, we had to tape all of our screens on our windows shut to keep the bugs out, our shower and kitchen sink are both clogged, and the laundry room they supply us with is always out of order. There's also a HUGE crack going across our ceiling. We've told them about these problems countless times and we hear the same thing every time, "we'll send someone over." We say okay and wait all day and no one ever comes. They told us they'd have an exterminator come the 3rd Friday of every month and we haven't seen them here even once. We've asked if we can terminate our lease and they said, "If you want to do that, you lose your security deposit, you still have to pay us rent for the remainder of your lease, and you'll have to give us 250 for the termination. We don't know what to do. We just want OUT!
