Stay away, unless you want to load and unload yourself. Delivery people not equipped, small lorry instead of what should have been sent. Price quoted keeps going up after deposit is accepted.
Professional until you make a deposit, then things go downhill. Would never use again, awful!!! They were fully informed on shipment size, yet they sent two men with no equipment for loading and unloading.
They never asked for the weights until the exact moment of collection. We were told they quoted for two men, but knowing the size of shipment we expected that the men sent could load and unload with a small forklift.
A moving company that receives everything they ask for in advance, to include size and measurements of shipment, and then quotes for the bare minimum, just to get hired for the job, is unprofessional. They want to undercut other companies at the customer's expense. Price is competitive when quoted, then you have to add all of the extras if you want your shipment delivered.
