Mr. Christo Sean Visser took occupation at my premises in September 2008. At first he seemed like the perfect tenant and paying his rental up front for 6 months. When month 7 rental was due thats when all my problems started breaching all the legalities of the lease including operating a business from my residential property without permission.
There was excuse upon excuse and lies that he had dollar payments that was going to be due to him but none of these promises materialized. Numerous legal documents were communicated to Mr. Visser including letter of demands and eviction notices but to date no outstanding rental money has been paid.
Five months rental is now due and Mr. Visser has still not paid. This has caused us huge distress. Firstly trying to manage this and resolve this from the USA was almost impossible.
Nobody (the rental agent Ms Christine Lang from Bestprop in SA,and her lawyers) couldnt seem to resolve this matter for us. I eventually had to fly my wife over from the US back to SA to try and resolve this matter.
Mr. Visser has transgressed numerous violations according to the rental agreement including breach of contract and unauthorized alterations on my premises. At present Mr. Visser still occupies my house and still has not paid any rental. Anyone reading this should be aware.Mr. Visser should not be trusted not only in SA but throughout the USA and Canada where he resided for a number of years and had to leave. Anyone with more info on him please contact me urgently

Chris VISSER tried to scam my family out of millions of rands. Early in this year he claimed that he needed 500 000 ZAR to help him release billions of rands from overseas governments for a fishing project in Africa. When he was turned down he claimed that he got the funds and was going to travel abroad to get the money but he never even left SA.
The documents that was provided by VISSER related to the fishing project had errors and was clearly fake. Then a few months later he made contact again asking for a million Rand loan and claimed that the money would be used to release millions of euros which was tied up with the reserve bank. Unfortunately I have known this con artist for years and he always had the most ridiculous schemes to extract money from people.
Fortunately this website had already exposed him. He lives with his mother and he is always desperate for money so he will do anything to get large sums of money of unsuspecting people. Please be aware and don’t believe his lies. He comes across as a caring person who has lots of contacts for everything, but it’s all lies.
I have a friend who loaned Visser a large sum of money which was never and will never be paid back. If anyone comes across this man, just run and don’t look back!
