Complaint Review: Mr. Henry Mann - H&G Construction - Seale Alabama

What mann and his wife did to us was low down. Making a false police report with the sherriff office and having the come to our house at 10:00 p.m. at night to yell and scream at us on our own property. This B**** of a deputy was yelling and screaming at my mother and she already made a judgemental attitude toward my mother, based on mann and his wifes lies.

They had no right to come on our property at 10:00 p.m. at night to scream and yell at us.  I hate and despise this phenix city deputy sherriff this was a great injustice to me and my mother. All we wanted for mann to do is honnor his warranty. Mann and his wife are the criminals for what they did to my mother.

But that is how the police operate in phenix city. They harass and intimate the vicim and side with creeps like mann becuse the police and the deputy sheriff are creeps themselves.

This is the lie that mann told the sherrifs office that my mother was threatening & harassing him, this was the lie he told the police & he knows he can be put in jailed for filing false & frivolous police reports to get out from paying anything under the warranty. If my mother was supposedly harassing mann then why did the sheriff wait till 8 pm or 9 the next night to come to our house, the sherriff just wanted to come to harass my mother like man did but after that mann did not proceed with this harassment claim in court because my mother didn't do anything this is the type of cooperation we get from businesses because they refuse to do anything & file false & frivolus harassment complaints this man is scum to treat someone who can't defend for themsevles well my mother can defend for herself she went & filed a complaint agaisnt mann & he dropped this in a hurry the false claims agaisnt my mother & also complained about the deputy sheriff & they did not come bother us again. This is how businesses treat us not honoring their contract or warranty & getting us introuble so they wouldn't have to do what they are suppose to do but thank god to this website where we can bring out bad business like mann who steal from custormers to make a profit mann just wanted to sell this house to my mother & did not want to honor the warranty which most builders do this stuff & not fix anything or honor the warranties & will fight you, & get you introuble to not fix anything.

To date Mr.Mann refuses to honor my moms home warranty Mr.Mann filed a false police report @ the sherrifs office for harassment to keep from paying anything under the warranty & sending the sherrif to our house, Mr.mann filed the report friday afternoon & the sherrif did not come to the house until late saturday night threatning my mother if my mother was harassing mr.mann so bad then why did the sherrif wait almost 24 hours later to come to the house why didn't the sherrif come that night instead wait till the next night, this does sound strange if my mom was harassing mr.mann so bad. My mother will file a complain with the home builders board about mr.mann in violations of this house & failure to honor this homes warranty which i will post to this website shortly. My mother will sue mr.mann & his wife personally for damanges to her reputation for defamantion of character, & for slander so mr.mann my mother will be waiting for you in court for stealing her money & for slander.

Mr.Mann has violated my mothers rights!, Mr.Mann gave my mother a written warranty & he failed to honor it. My mother called him to report the problems that needs fixing instead of resolving the problems he files a false complaint @ the sherrifs offices for harassment & threats, & had his sherrifs friends come to our house to terrorize my mother my mother is tired of being a victim of fraudlent business practice, my mother denys what mr.mann is accusing her off, to date this problem remains unresolved he failed to answer my mothers complaint to the she made with the better business bureau its been nearly a year know & still nothing has been done, my mother will file a complain with the home builders assoc. at the time the problem happend she did not know how to complain to the home builders assoc. But she has made a complaint know & Mr.Mann cannot ignore this!.

I filed the above to reference to my mother Kathy Jones who suffered unfair treatment from Mr.Mann. My mother is innocent what Mr.Mann is accusing her off I am a withness to all that has happen my mother called Mr.Mann for a period of 5 months after my mom moved into her knew home Mr.Mann made several promises to repair the things in her new home but no avial he lied to the sherrifs office claiming that my mother harassed & threaned him he told his lawyer that he harassed his family this is a bold face LIE!!! the only phone my mother called was his cell phone. My mother reported the problems she was having for 5 months he sent people over but they could never fix anything all they did was pretend to fix the air condintion unit, Mr.Mann filed a false police report claiming that my mother harassed & made repeated threats agaisnt him the sheriff came to our house to harass us because the sheriff knew them personally & the sheriff thought that they were going to come on my mothers poperty & harass her & accuse her of harassing Mr.Mann. Mr.Mann did not want to pay any money from the home warranty so this was his little way to get out from paying anything Mr.Mann is a LIAR lied about my mother my mother is innocent of what Mr.Mann accused her off these business lie about consumers to keep out from being introuble my mother has become a fraud victim off Mr.Manns & she will have justice from the unfair treatment that Mr.Mann & abuse that my mother has suffered & emotional stress that he has put on my mother & me. Mr.Mann lied to his lawyer about my mother & lied to the sheriffs office making false complaints he put my mother & me threw a living hell after my mom buying a new home & having to put up with this type of s**t because Mr.Mann refused to cooperate & fix the things that needed to be fixing if this was the way that Mr.Mann treated his custormers she would have never purchased anything from him.
