update on the report I filed. I continued to send e-mails and phone and finally got through on the telephone (after weeks of trying) I asked to speak to the owner and after a discussion about the charge and possibly filing a complaint with the Florida State Attorney's Office. I was told that they would reverse the charge. I have just received my bank statement and the charge has been reversed. So don't give up if you keep on to them, you may get them to sort the problems out. It's not the money it is the principle that matters and maybe this company is trying to sort it's problems out.
