And I contacted MSN demanding my $579 back. The person is customer service said that they would if I sent to bill to them. I did, and they then refused to pay it. So we kept sending them letters and contacting them. We did it for a year. Finally they gave in and sent us a check. Bill Gates assets are over 56 billion. Whats $600 to him?

Really, you got charged for 4000 hours? That equals out to 5 1/2 months of CONSTANT connection to a long distance number! Maybe what you need to do is dispute that with the phone company, NOT MSN! The phone company would be the one who reverses the charges, either your local company (who has already paid the long distance carrier) or the long distance carrier (who may be willing to refund the local carrier).
