MSN.com ripoff F.V. web
I bought a Dell for my mother that came with six months of MSN free. After that, they billed her credit card for the next two months (okay, so far). Then, I asked for them to bill my credit card, which they have been doing regulary, but they charged me for the two months that they put on her account, and they blocked access, saying that her card charges were denied - untrue! Since February, my 81-year-old mother, who just discovered computers and Net, has not been able to play bridge online.
