MT. Olympus Resort Mt. Olympus Water park, Hotel Rome false and misleading website advertisements Wisconsin Dells Wisconsin
They advertise free reservations. My family and I booked 3 months in advance and then cancelled 2 weeks later because kids wanted to go some where other then the dells. So I contacted MT. Olympus to cancel over 2 months in advance which the website states free booking and reservations but now they are trying to bill me $100 because I am cancelling. This is such a scam what place advertises free and then bills you if you cancel. I would also like to know how they can try and pull this when I gave them a 10 week over 2 month in advance cancellation.
This place is such a ripoff and a scam because then they say you can extend your reservation out a couple yrs and then you do not have to pay cancellation fee. I tried that and now they say I still have to pay $100 to hold the room for that reservation. I explianed that we do not even want to stay and gave plenty of advance cancellation and refuse to pay being as they said it was a free reservation in the first place. Talk about screwing people I warn everyone to be aware of the hidden scams this hotel/resort has.
