MTT Communication Robert Powell This Person change your Phone system password and when you call them to repair never show up and if we call other technician, they can not repair without password. And if we need to change password Ma garland , Texas
This Person change the password of your phone system so nobody can have access other than him, And he never show up on time to repair. Now once we ask him password he is not giving it, and to change password by manufacture(Mitel Corp) , they charge $1200.. So we are stuck now.. and i just find out that I am not the only one he rip off there are lot of others who had same situation.
the main thing is he even not knowledgeable about Mitel Phone system, after some trial on your system to repair he would tell you to install PhoneSuite System(he is authorized installer for PhoneSuite unfortunately)to make more money out of your pocket.....
