Mullinax Ford Of Ohio And Florida ripoff Don't Worry about that sound its just from all the rain and the truck has been sitting here. Wickcliffe Ohio
I have written and called about this truck. I never get a response back. I have been told that someone will get back with me. We purchased a used F-150 Super Crew from Mullinax Ford. I had questions about the rear axel of the truck making funny sounds. The salesman said that it was due to the rain that it was creeking like that. Well we buy the truck and guess what we have a problem with the rear of the truck. I was driving and the truck just shuts down. I take it in and they have to replace the rear axel. Alot of damage was done to the truck while it was at the dealership and when we got it back they did not even attach everything back.
I called Detroit to find out the history of the truck and have not gotten any response back. The truck has had to go in twice since we bought it for major repairs. We do not feel safe with it now based on the fact that a Service Manager stated that the truck appeared to be in a wreck and that the front and back were two different colors. When I told him I bought it from them (Mullinax Ford) he changed his tune. This has been going on for a long time so I feel you leave me no choice but to purse help. The truck is rusting inside and out. This is not fair. As of 8/13/03 I have sent another email to Ford Motor Company.
