I ordered a Motherboard From them, A gigabyte motherboard for 50$. I recived it, it was so malfunctioned, it fried my case and processor. I shrugged it off, this kinda things seems to happen to me, I sent back motherboard, bought a new case and powersupply as well as a proccesor(i needed a better one anyways).

They send me another bad motherboard. I couldn't belive it, so i began to belive i was the cause. I sent my computer to a local computer repair place(D.I.T of Omaha, Nebraska) and they said it was a factory dead motherboard, and I need to send it back and get a refund. So I followed there advice, I sent motherboard back with the number they told me to put on the box, but this time they told me the WRONG thing to put on it.

I requested for a refund, they sent me replacement number, messing everything up. As soon as I got back from the post office, I actually recived a call from them saying "Woops, wright down this on the box instead , I gave you replacement number not refund!" I said toooooo late I just sent it out, he said ok he would flag the number and get it all straitended out.

Well I waited a week, still no email or nothing. So I sent out a email saying weres my refund, they said they allready sent me a replacement, I said yeah it was a BAD BOARD so i resent back, they said they already reisued me a refund for it, I said no you didnt. And they said exactly this:

I have not recived a single dime yet. Im calling tommarow, if I get any guff, im going to have my family attourny Troya Michales handle this from here on out.

Thanks for making a place for me to vent, Im tired of being ripped off. Total this whole shinnanagen has put me over 200$ in the hole. :(

Little benownsed to the jerk miram who was starting a fight with me at Mwave, i had been responinding to every department of Mwave.com. A boss got ahold of are conversation, called me up RIGHT when they opened. And apologized senserly and tole me miram would be repremanded and that my refund would be given back to me within 6 hours. I got it a few hours later.

What ive learned:
1) Email to ALL departments, a boss will see it eventually.
2) Dont put up with smart a*s people at these companys, your the customer, and your to be treated good and respected.
3) Dont give up hope, threatining family lawyers and showing strength gets companys to buckle.
4) Always report to ripoffreports.com and epinions.com , they hate that.
