Munday Cheverolet is misguiding customers when they are going thru the financing department.  When I purchased my used truck from this dealership, it was Chevrolet Certified. Certifed meant that the car was covered for 2 additional years or up to 24K miles.  The finance manager by the name of Mike, Mark, or something similar, pushed an extended warranty that he said would give an additional 3 years of warranty.  My spouse and I specifically asked " so would this give us 5 years of warranty?"  The finance manager assured us with a strong "YES".  As we all know that buying a car is very stressful and draining by being in a dealership all day.  Then you are overwhelmed with stacks of paperwork to go thru and sign.  Trusting that the finance manager was being honest, i agreed to the extended warranty to later find out that the 2 year and 3 year warranty covered the vehicle at the same time for the first 2 years and really only leaving 1 year of additional warranty.  I purchased the warranty based off of what was explained to me but found out that i was deceived.  When I asked the finance manager that sold me the warranty 2 years later, I received the infamous excuse "I dont recall!" and then he continued to tell me that "I got it for a really low price".  I reviewed the conversation with the finance manager and quoted things that were said in our meeting and told him word for word what was asked and said.  He then tried to convince me that I did not have a certified chevrolet truck and I informed him that I had the paperwork and the service department also confirmed that I did. This further confirmed to me that the finance manager didnt know or care what I had but was only focused on selling warranties to benefit himself and not the customer. The finance manager basically kept repeating that "I got it for a great price so I should be grateful for that because most people do not get that".  I ended the conversation by telling this person that he knows that what he is doing is unethical and deceiving to customers and I would be following up with complaints.  He simply stated Ok.  I am so disgusted with this company because I never received a call back from managment as if I was not important. I refuse to buy another car from them in the future because they are in the business of deceiving customers.
