Munday Chevrolet Worst Service Department in Houston, Houston Texas
I bought my truck at Munday, I have had it serviced there as well. While this is an excellent place to puchase a car it is the worst place in Texas to have it serviced. I have had 2 bad experiences with the service department but decided I would give them one more try. It was a foolish mistake on my part. I needed my oil changed, I made an appointment. I went to the service department 20 minutes early like they request and I waited.....and waited....and watched other people get waited on but one one came out to help me. So I went in and asked someone and he looked up my name and said "yeah, we will get to you". They did not. Then a guy drove in and my service representative ran right out to wait on him. I can only conclude that Munday Chevrolet 1) Does not wish to have women with trucks as customers or 2) they simply do not want/need my business or 3) they are the worst service department in Texas or finally 4) all 3 reasons apply. In any event I will never darken their doorway again with my vehicle. Munday Chevrolet needs to understand that people have options and the internet is a wonderful way to tell the world just how bad their service really is.
